Starfish Earrings | One of One
Cast from a real starfish. Every ridge, bump and curve on these earrings was made by nature, then captured in Stradbroke Island beach sand and poured in [999 fine silver / 14ct gold].
Nothing is carved or copied from a design. The starfish is the pattern, so the surface detail is exactly as it was found. The sand mould is destroyed after the pour, which means no other pair will ever match these.
Because they’re cast by hand, small differences in texture, shape and finish are part of each pair. They’re meant to look like something from the shoreline, not a factory.
